What is eyelash enhancement?
Sometimes small changes can make a big difference. By enhancing the appearance of your eyelashes, you can put the focus where it belongs: on your face and your beautiful eyes. There are safe and effective eyelash growth serums to address sparse or fine lashes.
More than enhancing your beauty, your eyes help you see the world One of the most essential senses. If youre considering a treatment that affects this important, sensitive area, you need a physician with the medical knowledge to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment.

Eyelash enhancement can be used to treat:
- Thin lashes
- Sparse lashes
- Short lashes
Eyelash growth serums
At CosMedics we offer 2 products for purchase. One contains prescription-grade ingredients and does require a medical consultation with Dr. Singh, whereas EyEnvy is available for immediate purchase through our spa.
How are eyelash serums applied?
The serum is to be applied every evening to clean, dry lashes. One drop is applied by gently sweeping the single dose brush across the lash line.
How long does it take to see results?
Because our eyelashes grow at different rates and because we shed lashes on an ongoing basis, you will begin to see noticeable results in 8 weeks. Full results usually require 16 weeks for all lashes within the growth cycle to benefit from exposure to the serum.
What will happen when I stop using the serum?
Because we continually shed our eyelashes, when you discontinue using the serum, new lashes will not have had the exposure to the serum and therefore eyelashes will return to your pre-serum condition. For this reason continued use of the serum is recommended.
Before and after care
It is important to apply the serum to only the lash line and not the entire eye lid to avoid any skin irritation. This side effect has been reported to be reversible upon discontinuation of treatment.
Contact lenses should be removed prior to application, as the solution may be absorbed by lenses. They should be removed, and may be reinserted 20-30 minutes following use.
Risks and side effects
Discontinue use if you experience eye irritation and book a follow up appointment to discuss your concerns with Dr Singh.
Eyelash enhancing serums should not be used if you are pregnant or nursing, as there is no adequate controlled study for bimatoprost in pregnant patients.
